  • Once you have selected the products, click on the “Shopping Cart” symbol to check the selected products and the quantity. You can adjust and update the cart here, then press the “Proceed to checkout” button.
  • Please complete all payment information, payment method, then press the “Place order” button.
  • You will receive an order notification email, GrapeStore’s staff will contact you soon to confirm the order and delivery methods.

Shiping fee

  • Currently Grapestore will automatically charge the shipping fee on the website for 5 cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong, and Can Tho.
  • For other provinces, the shipping fee will not be automatically calculated on the website because depending on the geographical location of the Commune / District, depending on the volume and size of the package on delivery. Shipping fee will be contacted and quoted as soon as possible.

Payment methods:

  • COD (Cash On Delivery): Purchase our products online on GrapeStore website and pay the delivery staff when receiving the products.
  • Bank Transfer: Online purchase on GrapeStore and proceed check-out with bank transfer in advance, the content of the bank transfer is “Order number – Customer name – Phone number”. Please note that the transfer will only be done after receiving an order confirmation notification from GrapeStore.
